Isn't it strange that... everyone that you ever cared about, screwed you over and left you with tears, and the few people that ever cared about you, are the people that YOU screwed over and left them with tears? Unexpectedly people will show up in your life, when you really need them. They will be the most decent people you would ever come to meet. They will be the people that played the most significant part in your life. They will understand you to great lengths and have infinite patience with everything that goes on with you. When they love you... only then will you even know what 'love' means. So do you take these people and treat them in the same way? Of course not. You somehow manage to ruin the only good thing that ever happened to you. Why do we mess up over and over again over things that will never again matter to us? Why do we hurt the people we love and who love us back, when we could just treat them the same extraordinary way that they treat us? Why do we make a mistake and then torture ourselves over it for years to come? Why must we feel pain, anger, frustration, disappointment, sadness, depression, guilt, and everything else negative? When we can simply breathe in the fresh air that came our way and savour it for as long as we can. Why can't we ever be as good as the person that changed our lives for the better?
